This privacy policy applies to all e-commerce websites operated by Welkit SARL, including, but not limited to, bulldogtactical.fr, bulldog-tactical-gear.com, bulldog-tactical-gear.fr, bulldog-tactical-gear.co.uk, bulldogtacticalgear.com, etc.

ARTICLE 3 - DEFINITIONS

3.1 PERSONAL DATA

3.4 DATA COLLECTED

Welkit collects user data in order to provide them with the services they have subscribed to on the platform.

The mandatory or optional nature of the data provided (in order to finalize the user's registration and provide Welkit offers and services) is indicated by an asterisk during collection.

Furthermore, certain data is collected automatically as a result of the user's actions on the site (see the section on cookies).

3.5 PURPOSES

The personal data collected by Welkit in connection with the provision of services is necessary for the performance of contracts concluded with the User or to allow Welkit to pursue its legitimate interests while respecting the rights of the User. The termination of contractual relations is understood to mean the express termination of the contract by the User.

Where applicable, the User may request the portability of their data or, when the processing is based on consent, withdraw their consent at any time.
