At Bulldog Tactical Gear we offer a very straight forward & fair return policy
Throughout our history we have built up a good reputation based upon the sale of quality and reliable Police & Military Equipment. Unfortunately nothing is perfect and regardless of brand or price sometimes things do not workout. It is in these instances that we at Bulldog Tactical Gear excel and our excellent Customer Service can help you get the problem solved ASAP.
If the item/s are un-used and still in their original packaging we accept all returns up to 60 days after purchase. We do understand however that some of our Professional customers are sometimes unable to meet this 60 day limit and handle these matters on a case by case basis in this instance. We do however not cover your postage costs unless we have made a mistake or been at fault with any part of the delivery of the order or if the item/s are faulty. So please also remember to include £4.00 to cover the value of the return postage back to you.
When returning items back to us please send by 1st Class Post, if of higher value please use 1st Class Recorded Post or ask at the Post Office which format they recommend. We only cover postage costs up to the value of the original postage unless prior arrangements are made. Please bear in mind that we only cover the cost of postage up to the amount you were originally charged for delivery.
Please include a written note with your full name, address, telephone number and a small description of the problem or exchange requirements. No downloading and printing of return forms needed.
